A natural replacement for sugary Gatorade or sports drinks - to hydrate you if you have been throwing up or at risk of dehydration.

  • 1 quart hot water
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  1. Dissolve ingredients in the warm/hot water and stir until translucent.
  2. Give 1 spoonful every 20 minutes and see if you are able to keep it down.
  3. Drink it slowly to help absorb as it goes down.
