This recipe has a little to make mom happy, and a little to make the kids happy - a compromise of sweet treat and healthy things to eat! It's a great way to sneak Omega 3s, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and zinc in to your diet the natural way.

  • 4 tblsp Linwoods Ground Flaxseed, Cocoa, Strawberries & Blueberries
  • 1-2 bananas (frozen works great, too)
  • 1-2 packages hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup organic plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3-4 tblsp heavy cream
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (at least 60% dark)
  • 1 tblsp organic cain sugar
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Drink while cold and frothy. Garnish with mint leaves (optional).
