Cherry Pineapple Pecan Jello

Tart Cherries, tangy pineapple, sweet jello and delicious southern pecans. A match made in jello-lover heaven.

  • 1 large box of Cherry Jello
  • 1 14.5 oz can Oregon Red Tart Cherries
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  1. Mix cherries, water, Cherry Jello mix, and sugar in medium sauce pan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in pineapple. Place in serving bowl and chill in refrigerator about 20 minutes or until half-way set. Add nuts and stir. Return to refrigerator and finish setting. Serve cold.
  2. Add whipped cream or cool whip to each serving if you desire.
