Our first year of homeschooling was the 2001-2002 School Year. My son was 4.5, and my daughter 2.5 when we started. I am certain that I have not included every field trip we took, but this list comprises most of them. By the end of the school year, my 5.5 year old was reading, and my 3.5 year old had learned more than I had imagined possible (because I never intended to formally school her that year at all)! We had a lot of fun. Of course, some of these field trips were taken more than once, as well. I can’t remember how many times we went to the park, or to the zoo, as you can imagine with small children.
