This Parmesan chicken is my friend Ammie’s recipe. I love it, but it is not quite as healthy as my version… and it has no red sauce – for those of you who are not fond of marinara. This dish is more like comfort food meets Italian. Butter, baked chicken, salty Parmesan and Ritz cracker crust. It’s yummy!
ritz & parm equal mix or 60/40
paprika, salt, oregano
melt butter to dip chicken
oven 30 min 350
golden brown
serve with noodles , with or without sauce
